EVENT FORMAT (IMPORTANT INFO)
– Teams will play BOTH Pool Play and Bracket Play
– FRIDAY games are Showcase Games and will not count towards bracket seeding or pool play record
– ALL Teams will play on Sunday
– 14U / Freshman to Be — These 6 teams will combine to play pool play in the 15U division
– The Six 14U teams have been placed in a two way 6 team 14U Platinum Bracket with losers falling to the Gold Bracket
– For 15U pool seeding … ALL 2030 teams will automatically place 4th in the 15U pools regardless of record
– Bracket Play will begin Saturday afternoon or evening for almost every team
– BRACKETS ARE POSTED – Please pay close attention to your Brackets
– In most cases there are TWO way brackets.
– Thus first round losers in the Platinum Bracket WILL drop to the Gold Bracket and continue playing
– Thus first round losers in the Silver Bracket WILL drop to the Bronze and continue playing.
– Please check your brackets closely in each age division.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
– While we do not anticipate any changes once the schedule is released, we do know things happen.
– PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE SCHEDULE throughout the week and again on FRIDAY morning for any possible game changes.
– We will do our best to notify all coaches of any time or venue changes made.

– In extreme time sensitive cases Coaches may be allowed to register at the site of your first game. IF needed please contact us.
– Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game time to register

- In an effort to help your experience in Grand Rapids be the very best, please be respectful of others.
- Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
- If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.
- If a parent, player or coach refuses to leave the gym promptly the team will forfeit the game
- Tournament Director decision is final and without appeal.

*STUDENT (K-12) — FRIDAY $5 – SATURDAY $10 – SUNDAY $10
